What you will see and hear on this weekend is the result of more than 30 years of two men’s dreams, perseverance, and vision. Clarence Snyder and Floyd Corson directed, funded, volunteered, coaxed, encouraged, and most importantly inspired their friends, family, and colleagues to support their vision of bringing the great music of Bach and his contemporaries to life in the Mount Washington Valley.
Dr. Clarence Snyder was the organist at the Episcopal Church and Floyd Corson was the organist at the First Church of Christ Congregational. They shared a vision of establishing an event featuring the great instrumental and vocal works of J.S. Bach. Professional musicians and event attendees have traveled from many states to participate in this Festival. Many have returned for many years.
This special weekend will be a tribute to the founders as well as a thank you to the performers, supporters, and audiences who have supported this event for the last 34 seasons.
Purchase your ticket online in advance or at the door.
